Glexironiusvyxae provides interior design and styling services. As services are customized and begin immediately upon agreement, cancellation policies apply as follows:
If you need to cancel your interior design service before work has commenced, you may do so within 48 hours of signing the service agreement for a full refund, minus any consultation fees already rendered.
Once design work has begun, cancellation is subject to the terms outlined in your specific service agreement. Generally, you will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the point of cancellation, including design consultation, planning, and any materials or products already ordered on your behalf.
For any furniture, accessories, or decorative items purchased through Glexironiusvyxae:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@glexironiusvyxae.world or +14168483108 within the return period. We will provide you with return instructions and authorization. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Design consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed, as this service is rendered immediately. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require special consideration. If you have concerns about your purchase or service, please contact us directly. We will work with you to find a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.
